Orgasm Shot

For women, the O-Shot is a quick and painless procedure and has been helping women around the world. This procedure is for any woman who has stress incontinence (why do I pee when I cough, laugh or sneeze?), vaginal dryness or inorgasmia (cannot reach orgasm or difficulty). The O-Shot procedure will give you longer, stronger orgasms. Using innovative platelet rich plasma technology whereby a clients’ own blood is drawn to extract the PRP and then injected into the vagina and clitoris. Numbing cream makes this procedure painless and fast. It takes less than a minute to make an injection. Platelets are the component of our blood that contain multiple growth factors and nutrients.
non-surgical procedure
The OShot is a non-surgical procedure and only takes about ten minutes since the stem cells are already extracted from the patient's blood and prepared before they come in for their appointment. The process starts with Dr. Runels drawing blood from the patient, then he spins it down in a centrifuge to separate out the platelet-rich plasma (PRP), which will contain activated stem cells. Then he uses a small needle attached to an ultrasound probe that is lubricated with numbing lidocaine which targets several areas of the clitoris where stem cells can be injected into.
The OShot ® procedure is safe, simple, fast and can be performed in an outpatient setting with mild oral sedation. The results are typically long lasting, however the patient may need a touch up every 2-4 years depending on their activity level.

This treatment has no incontinence or loss of desire effects like some other therapies for sexual health issues. It only enhances these functions which will help improve quality of life for women where it counts. Because PRP Therapy uses your own blood to create new growth, there are no side effects associated with this treatment unlike many other medical treatments that use unnatural processes to treat bodily issues.

For Women Who Can't Achieve Orgasm

An increase in sexual satisfaction for women and their partners.  A reduction in the average time to achieve orgasm.  Greater intensity and frequency of orgasms.  Improvements in lubrication and arousal.Increased blood flow to the clitoris and vagina, which may lead to improved vaginal functionality such as decreased pain during intercourse, faster recovery from childbirth, fewer infections, and an overall better experience for both partners.Women who choose this treatment may also see a decrease in conditions such as low libido (reduced sex drive), urinary incontinence (loss of bladder control), lack of orgasm (female ejaculation), dyspareunia (painful intercourse), and more. The OShot is a relatively new procedure that injects stem cells into the clitoris and other structures in order to repair and improve sexual functions.
Women have been using plastic surgery for a long time to improve their looks and feel more confident. However, these surgeries have a lot of risks and the results are often short-lived. Some women also choose to use a variety of creams or pills, but those go through the digestive system, so they don't provide as much benefit as people might expect. Now there is another option available for women who want to look better: syringe therapy. Many doctors who offer this new procedure say that it can help women with things like pain during intercourse or reduced sensitivity in certain areas of the body. The procedure is relatively simple and doesn't require anesthesia or sedation. It only takes 20 minutes and patients can resume normal activities immediately after treatment. Here at Loudoun Medical Aesthetics in Sterling VA, we have been using this therapy to help patients who are experiencing pain during sex. By injecting platelet-rich plasma into the clitoris, the body is able to create new blood vessels that lead to improved sensation, increased sexual arousal and stronger orgasms.
